Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Cowpens, South Carolina. Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support for desktop systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct imaging and deployment of Windows 11 devices, ensuring smooth transitions for end-users.
• Assist with the migration of systems to VMware and Nutanix platforms, contributing to infrastructure upgrades.
• Perform physical mounting and setup of servers and other hardware as required.
• Support the transition to Office 365, addressing user needs and resolving technical challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve IT tickets efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in networking support, including working with Aruba systems and assisting in the transition to new solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and resolutions.
• Engage in an on-call rotation after an initial onboarding period to provide timely support.
• Demonstrate flexibility by taking on various IT-related tasks and responsibilities as needed.• Strong experience with PC desktop and workstation support.
• Proficiency in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and imaging processes.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 and its deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and support.
• Understanding of networking systems, including Aruba.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving issues.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
