Location: Charlotte, NC or Pennington, NJ or Jersey City, NJ (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience in Application Production Support, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux platforms and shell scripting.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases.
- Experience with AutoSys job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Informatica ETL workflows, sessions, and data feeds.
- Experience troubleshooting production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience supporting financial applications and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
