Lucas James Talent Partners is seeking a Business Systems and Technology Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our business systems and technology platforms.

This role partners with leadership and teams across the organization to ensure technology supports business goals, improves efficiency, and enables continued growth. The Manager will oversee system implementations, integrations, enhancements, process improvements, vendor relationships, and the company's long-term business systems roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business systems projects from requirements gathering through implementation, adoption, and optimization.
  

• Partner with business leaders to identify needs and develop effective technology solutions.
  

• Manage system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
  

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, reporting, and data visibility.
  

• Support core business applications, integrations, reporting, and data processes.
  

• Develop system documentation, processes, and best practices.
  

• Advise leadership on technology investments and process improvements.
  

• Manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners.
  

• Support change management and user adoption of new systems and processes.
  

Requirements Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT, business systems, technology, or business operations.
  

• Experience with software implementations, system roll outs, integrations, or system enhancements.
  

• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
  

• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
  

• Passion for process improvement and using technology to create business value.
  

Preferred Experience

• ERP, CRM, financial, construction, manufacturing, or other enterprise business systems.
  

• Acumatica, HCSS, or similar business management platforms.
  

• System integrations, APIs, data flows, and reporting/BI tools.
  

• Software vendor and implementation partner management.
  

• Process improvement, workflow automation, and change management.
  

• Data governance, system security, user access, and application administration.
