About Our Client

Founded in 1968, Our Client has grown to become one of the largest privately held, industry-leading property restoration firms in North America. With a legacy of innovation, precision, and commitment to service excellence, we specialize in emergency mitigation, reconstruction, contents, and environmental services. At Our Client, we don’t just restore properties—we restore lives and businesses with integrity and compassion.

The Opportunity

Are you a seasoned restoration professional with a track record of leading high-value projects and delivering exceptional results? Do you have deep client relationships and the ability to bring business with you? Our client is seeking a high-performing Executive Project Director (EPD) to lead large-scale restoration projects and contribute directly to our continued growth and national success.

As an EPD, you will oversee the execution and financial performance of complex mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement projects. You’ll serve as a strategic leader—managing teams, driving operational excellence, building client relationships, and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple large-loss restoration projects from inception through completion across the U.S.
  • Build, manage, and mentor project management teams, ensuring accountability and performance.
  • Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans to drive timely, on-budget delivery.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, cultivating trust and repeat business.
  • Drive quality assurance and control processes aligned with Our Clients standards.
  • Estimate and bid large loss projects using Xactimate; maintain expert-level knowledge in estimating protocols.
  • Track and achieve financial goals, contributing to both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in disaster restoration and reconstruction project management.
  • Significant large loss experience (commercial, industrial, or complex residential projects).
  • Proven ability to generate $7M+ in annual restoration revenue individually.
  • Existing client relationships and a book of business you can bring with you.
  • MUST have restoration experience—mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and abatement.
  • Proficient in Xactimate estimating software (Advanced Level 3 preferred).
  • Strong business development acumen and consultative sales experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
