CNC APPLICATION ENGINEER
New position as result of new office in greater CLT but candidate doesnt have to be located
in CLT area, but would be convenient. North of CLT even more convenient but really doesnt matter.. Location in adjoining states is ok
Seek seasoned cnc programmer/ MFG engineer who is tired of "same ole, same ole".
Varied duties day to day, someone enjoy interaction with others... there will be travel but
compensation is flexible.
Must be able to:
- Perform customer training on all machines ( Mills, lathes)
- Program all machines (whatever CAM system they prefer)
- Create process and tooling layouts for customer parts
- Spec out tooling for test cuts and turnkey projects
- Create professional PowerPoints to present time study and test cut data and benefits of our machines
- Perform cycle time studies for all machines in both simulation and Excel format
- Etc.
