The Tech for Internet Installation will focus on residential and commercial internet setup projects, ensuring efficient network configurations and reliable connectivity. This role involves hands-on installation, equipment testing, and customer interaction while occasionally traveling between multiple sites to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Install and set up internet equipment at residential and commercial locations
- Test equipment and connections to ensure optimal performance
- Configure network settings for stable and secure internet access
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues effectively
- Use Wi-Fi setup and general networking tools proficiently
- Manage cable installations and organization
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
- Travel occasionally between multiple sites as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in internet installation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with network installation and cable management
- Proficient in signal testing
