Job Description:
Manufacture intermediate to complex wire harnesses independently following schematics and work instructions.
Read technical schematics and drawings for accurate assembly.
Perform soldering, crimping, routing, and heat-shrink using best practices and quality standards.
Troubleshoot basic build issues and escalate blockers to leads.
Support the documentation of processes and continuous improvement opportunities.
Preferred:
1–5 years of experience in electrical harness manufacturing or related technical areas.
Proficient in reading intermediate to complex wiring drawings.
IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.
Experience working in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and ISO/AS9100 standards.
