Project Manager – IT Infrastructure & SAP Exposure

Location: Tampa, FL (100% On-site)

Certification Required: PMP Certification

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in IT Infrastructure and hands-on exposure to SAP environments. We are looking for a driven, highly organized leader to join our team on-site in Tampa, Florida to direct key technology initiatives from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• End-to-End Delivery: Lead planning, execution, tracking, and closure for complex IT infrastructure projects (servers, networks, cloud environments).

\n

• SAP Coordination: Support and align project workflows involving SAP systems, upgrades, or integrations.

\n

• Governance & Risk Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, manage budgets, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

\n

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate regular project meetings, lead cross-functional technical teams, and deliver clear status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.

\n

• Standards Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to project management best practices, organizational standards, and industry policies.

\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

\n

• Certification: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.

\n

• Experience: 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.

\n

• Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with core infrastructure components (servers, networking, cloud platforms) along with direct exposure to SAP environments (implementations, upgrades, or support).

\n

• Methodologies: Solid grounding in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management frameworks.

\n

• Communication: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

\n

• Work Location: Willingness and ability to work 100% on-site in Tampa, FL.

\n

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience within the Utilities or Energy sectors.

\n

• Familiarity with specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).

\n

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

\n

• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management practices.

\n
