- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and automation
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, prints, dimensions, and tolerances
- 3D/2D CAD experience, including AutoCAD and Inventor
- Knowledge of PLCs and controls
- Support sales, cost estimating and technical proposal writing
- Recommend manufacturing processes and automation
- Prepare tooling and equipment cost estimates
- Strong Excel skills
- Metal stamping and forming experience preferred
