Responsibilities:
\n

- Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction and planning through closeout.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasts, cost controls, and financial performance.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and related project documentation.
- Coordinate electrical work with other trades and resolve conflicts, schedule risks, and resource issues.
- Manage procurement, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
- Support estimating and preconstruction, negotiate change orders, and lead closeout, commissioning coordination, and final turnover.

Must-Have Skills:
\n
- \n
- At least 5 years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
- Strong background in commercial electrical construction and knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and applicable codes.
- Experience managing complex projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and project financial performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficiency with construction project management and scheduling software.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
\n

- Experience in biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or other technically sophisticated facilities.
- 7 or more years of electrical project management experience.
- Experience with cleanrooms, controlled environments, commissioning, or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
- OSHA or other relevant safety certifications.
