Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Architect to join a fast-paced team environment. This role requires a highly technical and hands-on professional with strong experience in commercial or mixed-use projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes, and collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and contribute to permit and construction drawing sets
- Develop wall sections, assemblies, and technical detailing
- Ensure compliance with IBC, ADA, and other relevant building codes
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal teams
- Identify and resolve design and coordination issues
- Support project delivery from design development through construction documentation
