IT Help Desk Specialist in Austin, Texas!
Are you passionate about technology and love helping people solve problems? We’re looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide top-notch support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
-Provide deskside and remote support for Windows 10/11 users
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
-Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
-Handle ticketing, documentation, and basic system admin tasks
-Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and projects
What We’re Looking For:
-3+ years of IT Help Desk or Desktop Support experience
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and device imaging
-Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Outlook troubleshooting
-Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem solver
Preferred Skills:
-Experience with VMware, Proxmox, or Windows Server
-Familiarity with Bitdefender, Pulseway RMM, or Lansweeper
-Basic PowerShell or automation skills
Location: Austin, TX (on-site role)
Type: Full-time | Helpdesk-first with light SysAdmin duties
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
