We are looking for a talented Senior AI Software Engineer to be hands-on in shaping the technical foundation of our LLM-powered product. We are an AI-native coaching platform for enterprises, offering personalized and human-like guidance to support leaders and employees.
This role can be 100% remote on EST / CST or hybrid onsite in NYC.
Job Duties:
- Architect, build, and optimize core components of our LLM-driven coaching engine.
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure to deliver resilient user experiences.
- Own end-to-end systems: from model integration to frontend delivery, evaluation, and observability.
- Design for scale, security, and performance across enterprise environments.
- Influence and evolve our engineering culture, roadmap, and technical bar.
- Debug across the stack—from model behavior to data infrastructure to the UI.
- Help shape hiring, tooling, and internal processes as we grow.
Ideal Background:
- Significant experience in scaling startups and/or best-in-class engineering organizations.
- 5+ years of experience building apps with Python & Django
- Confidence querying databases independently to build your own datasets.
- Hands-on experience from ML roles and/or LLM applications.
- Experience architecting and shipping production-grade systems, ideally in AI, distributed infrastructure, or B2B environments.
- Ability to balance speed with scalability.
- Product-focused mindset, caring about how your work performs for customers.
- Thrive in ambiguity, valuing momentum over perfection.
- Data-driven operator who thinks in experiments and validates with data.
