IT Support Technician

About the Role
Broadway National is looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day technical support for our employees and office technology.
This is more than a traditional help desk role. The ideal candidate can troubleshoot user issues while also supporting laptops, Microsoft 365, basic networking, printers, conference rooms, and other workplace technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and deploy Windows laptops, desktops, docks, monitors, and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, and user accounts.
- Assist with Intune enrollment, device management, and Windows deployments.
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless connectivity, including basic DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi issues.
- Support printers, conference-room technology, Teams/Zoom rooms, and other office equipment.
- Handle IT portions of employee onboarding, offboarding, and equipment changes.
- Provide first-level support for company business applications.
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory and IT documentation.
- Document solutions and identify recurring issues that need a permanent fix.
- Escalate complex issues with clear troubleshooting information.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of help desk, desktop support, or IT support experience.
- Strong Windows 11 troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and basic networking.
- Experience supporting laptops, printers, peripherals, and conference-room technology.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of problems through resolution.

We're looking for someone who is curious, dependable, organized, and hands-on. You don't need to know everything, but you should know how to troubleshoot methodically, communicate well with users, document what you learn, and recognize when a small support issue may be part of a larger problem.
