What You’ll Do
As a Broadband/Telecom Installation Technician you will serve as the face of Arvig in the Ada and Twin Valley communities . You will:
- Safely install, test, and repair broadband, internet, TV, and phone services for residential and local business customers
- Run wiring, set up routers/Wi-Fi equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues on-site
- Educate customers on how to use their services and equipment with a friendly, helpful approach
- Work independently in the field while receiving guidance and support from senior team members
What You Need to Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer in customer facing roles
- Experience operating hand tools and troubleshooting electronics, computers, routers, streaming devices or apps
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate customers on company products and functions
- Structure and organized
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working in a technical field position
- Basic knowledge of telecommunication equipment and installation

Your Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM; on call rotation required
