<li>Dig into issues to identify root causes and work with suppliers to develop corrective actions</li>
<li>Work independently effectively and efficiently</li>
<li>Clear communication skills within department and cross departments</li>
</ul>
This individual will be responsible for the following:
<ul>
<li>Create incoming inspection plans</li>
<li>Develop component qualification plans, review supplier submitted data/documentation, and record qualification reports</li>
<li>Assist with non-conforming material investigations and disposition execution</li>
<li>Enter quality data into pre-defined computer programs</li>
<li>Qualified individuals will have the following:</li>
<li>Ability to read prints and engineering drawings</li>
<li>Basics math and computer skills</li>
<li>Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability and desire to work in a team orientated environment</li>
<li>Associates degree</li>
<li>4+ years of work experience.</li>
