Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to support the U.S. Secret Service Occupational Health and Medical Programs. This role will maintain and secure enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.

\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Administer Windows and Linux server environments
- Support Azure and/or AWS cloud infrastructure
- Manage databases, storage, backup, and disaster recovery processes
- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, access controls, and system hardening
- Troubleshoot enterprise systems and provide technical support
- Develop technical documentation and recommend infrastructure improvements

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- 5+ years of experience with:

\n
\n
Server administration (Windows/Linux)
\n
Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
\n
Database administration
\n
Enterprise storage, backup, and recovery
\n
Network administration and cybersecurity
\n
- \n
- Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure support skills
\n
\n
\n
Preferred Certifications
\n
- \n
- Azure Administrator
- AWS SysOps Administrator or Solutions Architect
- CCNA/CCNP
- Security+
- CISSP
