These roles support mission‑driven data, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives across the organization. Ideal candidates will bring deep technical expertise, strong architectural insight, and the ability to work collaboratively within Agile development environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain complex relational database systems, including tables, indexes, triggers, and stored procedures.Architect and implement enterprise applications, including server administration within Windows and Internet Information Services (IIS).Develop full‑stack solutions using JavaScript, C#, Python, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and additional languages as required.Create and maintain front‑end and back‑end web applications, as well as integrated solutions using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access).Administer large-scale databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.Lead or contribute to Agile teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.Design and manage databases that support AI/ML operations, including: Preparing and structuring training datasetsEnsuring rigorous data qualitySupporting scalable analytics and Machine Learning pipelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality data visualization and analytics solutions.Required QualificationsAt least 10 years of experience in database design and development.Minimum 3 years of application architecture and Windows/IIS server administration experience.Minimum 7 years of development experience in JavaScript, C#, Python, Visual Basic for Applications, and web development across front‑end, back‑end, and Office‑integrated solutions.At least 3 years of database administration experience.At least 3 years of experience contributing to or leading Agile development teams.Proven experience designing databases that support Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning workflows and scalable data pipelines.Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, computer science, analytics, statistics, applied mathematics, applied physics, management information systems, business analytics, or an equivalent field.The GARRETT GROUP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
