Position Summary
\n
The Director of DTC eCommerce is responsible for driving the company’s eCommerce strategy, growth, and performance across Shopify. This role oversees the end-to-end eCommerce operations, including Shopify management, digital marketing, conversion optimization, subscriptions, analytics, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
\n

- Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
- Lead digital initiatives that enhance the brand’s online presence and customer journey.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align eCommerce goals with broader business objectives.

Marketing & Conversion Optimization:
\n
- \n
- Drive paid and organic traffic through SEO, SEM, email, social media, and affiliate channels.
- Oversee A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.) to measure KPIs and inform data-driven decisions.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team, including digital marketing, content, and operations staff.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Expert knowledge of DTC platforms from scratch, particularly on Shopify.
- Experience launching subscription programmes.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI, analytics, and omnichannel commerce.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
