Title: EHR Applications Analyst

Location: On-site - Cleveland, OHIO 44118

Duration: Contract-to-Hire

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on EHR Applications Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize clinical systems in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, working closely with end-users, and improving healthcare workflows through technology.

You’ll act as a key bridge between technical teams, clinical users, and vendors—ensuring systems are running efficiently, securely, and aligned with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, support, and enhance EHR systems in a SaaS environment
  • Build, test, and maintain system configurations using best practices
  • Analyze and document workflows, processes, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues across supported applications
  • Translate business needs into system enhancements and solutions
  • Train and support end-users on system functionality and data usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams, DBAs, and third-party vendors
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and data security standards
  • Participate in on-call rotation (24/7 support as needed)
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and adapt to new technologies

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft OS & Office 365 Suite
  • Ability to troubleshoot application and user issues independently
  • Strong workflow analysis and documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and non-technical users
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
  • Experience maintaining data security and compliance standards (HIPAA)
