YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time opportunity based in The Woodlands, Texas, working regular business hours.
YOUR DAY AS OUR HRIS ADMINISTRATOR
Every day, you'll serve as a trusted partner in helping clients successfully launch and optimize their HR technology environment. You'll configure AllianceHCM's core HR modules, customize applicant tracking experiences, create digital onboarding journeys, and establish employee lifecycle workflows that align with each organization's goals. You'll develop and validate compliance processes, including Form I-9 and E-Verify integrations, while configuring security structures, organizational hierarchies, and approval routing paths that support effective governance. Working alongside client HR leaders, you'll help implement performance management solutions, conduct testing and audits to ensure data accuracy and security, collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams before system launch, and resolve configuration or data concerns before they impact the client experience. Your expertise will help deliver smooth, successful implementations that set clients up for long-term success.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology implementation, or HR operations
- Strong systems aptitude and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to identify issues and drive effective resolutions
- Strong commitment to quality, confidentiality, and client success
Candidates with experience supporting HR software implementations, configuring compliance-related workflows, and partnering directly with HR leadership teams during onboarding projects are strongly encouraged to apply.
