We are seeking an Onsite Support Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related & networking issues for our clients. We are technology consulting firm serving the Atlanta area. Experience with Microsoft products (365), User management, Active Directory and Mobile Device Management is welcome. Experience in medical or non-profits are a plus. Excellent customer service skills are required. Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation. Please contact us if interested, immediate need.
This position is onsite,40/hrs/week during normal business hours. Location is mid-town Atlanta. Position requires some driving to other locations when needed.
Current working job knowledge/proficiency in:
300 User environment, Microsoft Office 365; OS, Windows 10/11
Working knowledge (some break/fix) w/ Dell workstations and Laptops (Hardware and Software) and imaging laptops.
Knowledge of 365 user management/Active directory (password resets, account creation etc.)
Windows networked environment, VMWARE (a plus)
Knowledge of Apple IOS is a plus
Understanding of shared network drives
SharePoint a plus
NetSmart Experience is a plus
OneDrive
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients In person
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
