JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
- Answer calls coming into the IT Service Desk within departmental goals assuring proper responsiveness to customers.
- Provide Reliability by triaging complex support requests to the appropriate IT staff members.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support IT initiatives.
- Adhere to IT department strategies, processes, policies and procedures.
- Log all support interactions in the ticketing system and provide Assurance that resolutions are completed timely to meet current SLAs.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited educational program, such as a high school, college, university, vocational program, or industry-recognized certificate course, throughout the duration of the internship
