Position : SAP HCM \ Application Support Engineer
Location : Hershey, PA Hybrid
Duration : Long term contract
Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the Support SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.
What are must-have skills for this role?

Job description/responsibilities:
- Support SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and IS partners.
- Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution for configuration and change requests.
- Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing(UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
- Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams to review progress of work.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with the ABAP HR technical and integration teams.
- Adhere to Project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.
