Role Purpose

KoobrikLabs is looking for a Project Manager / Client Delivery Lead to own day-to-day delivery across our AI and software projects.
\n
\n
This role sits between an excellent technology project manager, delivery lead and customer success partner.
\n
\n
You'll create the structure that allows technical teams to do their best work: clear plans, owners, decisions, dependencies, risks, priorities and communication.
\n
\n
You'll also be one of the main faces of KoobrikLabs with our clients. You'll build strong relationships, run meetings confidently, communicate progress clearly and make sure clients feel their projects are in safe hands.
\n
\n
We are open to both full-time candidates and experienced part-time / fractional delivery professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

\n
Project & Delivery Management
\n
- \n
- Own delivery plans, milestones and timelines across client projects
- Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs and RACI matrices
- Own Jira project hygiene, including epics, stories, tasks and sprint visibility
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog reviews and delivery ceremonies
- Track deliverables, dependencies and acceptance criteria
- Identify risks and blockers early and drive them toward resolution
- Coordinate resources across engineering, AI, product and subject-matter experts
- Manage changes in scope, priorities and timelines
- Ensure decisions, actions and owners are clearly documented and followed through

Client Delivery & Customer Success
\n
\n

- Act as a primary day-to-day point of contact for clients
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Run kick-offs, weekly meetings, playbacks and governance checkpoints
- Prepare clear status updates covering progress, next steps, decisions and risks
- Translate between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Manage expectations around scope, timelines and trade-offs
- Coordinate workshops, demonstrations and UAT
- Ensure clients understand what has been delivered and what happens next
- Look beyond individual deliverables to understand whether the engagement is creating real value

Internal Delivery Operations
\n

- Improve KoobrikLabs' delivery processes, templates and ways of working
- Establish repeatable approaches for RAID, RACI, reporting and governance
- Improve consistency in Jira and project documentation
- Support project mobilization, stakeholder mapping and kick-off preparation
- Give leadership clear visibility into project health and upcoming risks

Skills & Experience
\n
\n
Essential
\n
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of project management, delivery management, implementation or equivalent experience
- Experience delivering software, digital or technology projects
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
- Confident running meetings with technical teams and senior client stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Experience creating and maintaining RAID logs and RACI matrices
- Strong working knowledge of Jira
- Familiarity with Agile software delivery
- Excellent written communication and project reporting skills
- Able to bring structure to projects where requirements and priorities are evolving
- Comfortable challenging constructively and following up until actions are completed

- Experience in a technology consultancy, software company or digital agency
- Experience delivering AI, data or cloud projects
- Customer success, implementation or client delivery experience

- Experience with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
- Exposure to media, entertainment or creative-industry workflows

We're open to either an experienced full-time Project Manager / Client Delivery Lead who wants to grow with KoobrikLabs, or a senior part-time / fractional delivery professional who can take meaningful ownership of client engagements.
