Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in North Charleston, South Carolina. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while helping employees stay productive in a fast-paced onsite environment. The role includes desktop support, user setup and orientation, and day-to-day system and network assistance.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite technical support for desktops, workstations, and related peripherals, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system problems across Windows 10 devices.
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktop equipment, including Bluetooth-enabled devices and other user accessories.
• Support new user onboarding by preparing systems, assisting with IT orientation, and ensuring proper access to required tools.
• Perform desktop imaging, system configuration, and routine administration tasks to keep endpoints standardized and secure.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory as part of daily support activities.
• Assist with system administration and basic network support to address connectivity and infrastructure-related issues.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities to maintain accurate service records and improve support processes.• Experience providing onsite desktop support for PC workstations in a detail-oriented environment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, including account support and access management.
• Hands-on experience with desktop hardware troubleshooting, configuration, and repair.
• Proficiency supporting Microsoft Windows 10 systems and common end-user issues.
• Familiarity with desktop imaging tools and standard device deployment practices.
• Understanding of system administration fundamentals and day-to-day support tasks.
• Basic knowledge of network administration concepts, including troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• A+ certification is preferred.
