Job Description:

\n

The Information Analyst will provide a wide range of support across the Operations Information Management team with a focus on fielding data change requests within the SAP Plant Maintenance, Master Data, and/or Documentation Management modules. This position supports both North Slope assets along with assisting various discipline engineers within the Anchorage office.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Support and comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management systems while actively participating in proactive safety processes
  • \n

  • Provide support and resolve change requests within the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module
  • \n

  • Partner with additional personnel on the team to facilitate cross-system data changes
  • \n

  • Provide SME understanding of functionality and process workflows of SAP PM module to guide end users
  • \n

  • Provide engineering support of process documentation, data sheets, etc.
  • \n

  • Facilitate digital package reviews with various field crafts
  • \n

  • Review/validate P&IDs against existing master data to ensure accuracy
  • \n

  • Provide guidance on digital workflow conversions from paper-based processes
  • \n

  • Evaluate historical, status quo data practices and identify opportunities for improvement
  • \n

  • Develop analytical tools to proactively identify incorrect and/or missing information across entire master maintenance data sets (functional locations, documentation/DMS, plant maintenance, product structures, etc.) and implement additional tools, processes, etc. to correct
  • \n

  • Partner with the Capital Projects, Supply Chain, Materials, etc. organizations to ensure data flow processes are efficient, accurate and timely
  • \n

  • Provide guidance and/or training as needed to ensure North Slope workers understand how to access, use and report on their data
  • \n

Skills and Qualifications:

\n

Required:

\n

    \n
  • Strong technical skills (Microsoft products, SAP, databases)
  • \n

  • Advanced knowledge of oil field processes, equipment and documentation
  • \n

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • \n

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment with technical, operations, maintenance and regulatory compliance personnel
  • \n

  • Analyzes issues and provides documentation/data guidance
  • \n

  • Builds positive relationships across organizations that foster a strong work environment
  • \n

  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings and documents
  • \n

\n

Preferred:

\n

    \n
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP PM Module
  • \n

  • 3+ years of experience with SAP DMS Module
  • \n

  • 2+ years of experience with SQL
  • \n

  • 1+ years of experience with purchase orders, purchase requisitions and material management
  • \n

  • 1+ years of Bluebeam Revu experience
  • \n

Location: Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: 9/80

\n

Pay: $67.06 - $78.60/Hr
