Job DescriptionSalary: $23.00-$28.00 DOE
**This is not a remote position and will be required to live in Bismarck, ND area**

Summary: Organize, Plan, and Execute Commercial Glazing Projects, overseeing all project aspects of estimating, contracting, submittals, fabrication, installation, and project closeout.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Represent FG&P when working with contractors and clients
- Review and evaluate job received
- Create job in cERP
- Review specifications to get appropriate forms and submittals issued
- Review job to get shop drawings started by drafter
- Issue purchase orders for booking glass and metal
- Review completed shop drawings and submit to general contractors
- Prepare daily work tickets and installation orders for the field installation crews
- Follow up to get shops back in timely manner
- Receive approved shop drawings and order materials
- Verify rough openings at job site for revisions
- Make cut list for fabrication of metal in shop
- Order glass for job once approved by Sr Project Manager
- Instruct glaziers of proper installation procedures at job sites
- Issue close-out documents
- Review end of job punch list
- Handle change orders for job
- Attend job and departmental meetings as required
- Assist with estimating as needed
- Partners with our Safety Department and Operations Leadership to promote and ensure a safe work environment and ensure all safety precautions are met.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Education & Qualification Requirements
High school diploma or five to eight years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates Degree in related field preferred. Must have valid drivers license.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of computers and experience with AutoCad, Microsoft Office Word, and Excel.
- Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Ability to organize and direct oneself
- Ability to organize and direct a project to completion
- Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely
