Your Mission:\n
\n
\nThe Quality Technician I performs basic inspection and testing activities to ensure incoming materials, in- process production, and finished products meet customer and company specifications. This role works under close supervision and supports quality assurance processes within a manufacturing environment. \n

Explore the Depth of the Role:\n
\n

\n
• Measure and visually inspect parts to verify conformance to specifications

\n

• Approve incoming materials, in process production, and finished goods based on documented standards.

\n

• Document inspection results in reports and logs

\n

• Initiate non-conformance reports as directed

\n

• Communicate required adjustments to Production Supervisor

\n

• Maintain measurement equipment by following operating instructions and verifying calibration status

\n

• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

\n

• Support ISO9001 quality system requirements

\n

• Perform other duties as assigned

\nRequirements\n
\n
Mission Readiness:\n
\n

• Associate degree or technical certificate preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

\n

• 0-2 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

\n

• Ability to read blueprints and use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers

\n

• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

\n

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

\n

• Between facilities as needed.

• May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach/pull/push with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.

• May lift or carry 50lbs. Weights exceeding 50lbs will require mechanical means to maneuver.
