Job DescriptionELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Electrical Project Manager for a company based in Bessemer, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to specializes in electrical substation control buildings and communication shelters as an experienced Field Service Technician that can immediately contribute to increasing capacity within our Logistics Department.
Pay Rate
Pay is Strictly dependent on experience.
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 30 pm.
Electrical Project Manager Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed plans, budgets, and schedules for electrical projects
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, engineers, and electrical subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Budget & Cost Management: Track project costs, and manage change orders.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including staff and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure projects meet industry standards, safety regulations (like NEC codes), and quality requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to minimize them.
• Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.

Electrical Project Manager Technician Qualifications and Requirements

• Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction processes.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Organization: Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage complex projects.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot and find effective solutions to project challenges.
• Financial Acumen: Financial awareness to manage project budgets and ensure profitability
