Indotronix is seeking an :Senior Project Manager Level 4,Everett, WA

Shift: First, 7:30-4PM – flexible
OT/DOT expected?: No - 20%
Is Clearance Required To Start?:No
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure program and applicant priorities are clearly understood and integrated into execution plans

• Coordinate with Engineering Unit Members (E-UMs) to align priorities and identify constraints

• Define, track, and report performance against weekly commitments

• Maintain clear communication channels to resolve issues and drive timely course correction

• Manage daily scope of work (SOW) and support team execution

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and throughput

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Strong project/program management experience in engineering or aerospace environment

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft certification processes

• Familiarity with flight controls or hydraulic systems

• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years of related work experience, OR

• Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years of related work experience, OR

• An equivalent combination of education and experience
