Roles and Responsibilities:

\n

\n

\n
• Drive the lifecycle of complex software initiatives from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch evaluation.

\n

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Track team velocity, capacity, and sprint health.

\n

• Serve as the primary bridge between Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams, translating business goals into technical execution.

\n

• Actively contribute high-quality, production-ready code across the full MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

\n

• Lead technical system design, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and ensure scalable, secure, and performant solutions.

\n

• Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and champion testing and CI/CD automation.

\n

• Debug complex full-stack issues, optimize database queries, and resolve production incidents alongside the engineering team.

\n

• Proactively identify technical and project blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and shield the development team from scope creep.

\n

• Mentor engineers, foster a culture of continuous learning, and elevate the team's technical bar.

\n

What We Are Looking For:

\n

\n

\n
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years specifically working deeply within the MERN stack.

\n

• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or Technical Lead capacity.

\n

• Strong understanding of React.js state management (Redux, Context, etc.), and Node.js backend development

\n

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and modern deployment pipelines.

\n

• Proven track record of managing Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban) and using project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, etc.).

\n

• Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
