Project Coordinator (PM Track) - Structural Steel

Job DescriptionParadigm Ironworks (Riverside, CA) is hiring a Project Coordinator (PM Track) to support structural steel projects from award through closeout. This is a growth-track role for someone organized, reliable, and hungry to learn. We run on checklists and clear procedures — follow-through matters here.

Pay: $22–$26/hr DOE

What you’ll do

• Set up awarded jobs (job number, folders, job start packet)
  
  
• Maintain drawing control (IFA vs AFF) and track revisions
  
  
• Manage submittals and the submittal register; route comments/redlines
  
  
• Coordinate material status, deliveries, pickups, and job logistics
  
  
• Create shippers for anything that moves; file signed receipts
  
  
• Provide weekly job updates (schedule look-ahead, blockers, next steps)
  
  
• Communicate clearly with the shop and management so jobs don’t drift
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Strong organization, reliable attendance, and clear communication
  
  
• Comfortable using Excel (sorting, filters, basic formulas)
  
  
• Bluebeam familiarity is a big plus (we can train the right person)
  
  
• Ability to follow procedures and be measured on weekly checklists
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• On-time start is required
  
  
• Phone stays put away during work hours except breaks or job-required use
