Renewyx have partnered with a national general contractor delivering mission critical projects to bring on a Data Center Project Executive.

The role carries portfolio-level responsibility across concurrent data center builds, with project managers and superintendents reporting in.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲
\n
\n
You take ownership of delivery across several data center projects at once, holding budget, schedule and staffing decisions. You lead the project teams, and you are the senior point of contact for the client throughout the build.
\n
\n
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
\n
\n
- \n
- Ground-up commercial or industrial construction delivered on the general contractor or EPC side
- A track record at senior project manager level or above, with accountability for budget and schedule
- Mission critical or heavy MEP experience, whether data centers, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, healthcare or industrial

- Hyperscale or colocation project experience
- Design-build or progressive design-build delivery
- Preconstruction involvement and GMP exposure

- Permanent position
- Remote based, with travel to project sites
- Portfolio-level scope rather than responsibility for a single project
