Seeking an Engineer, IT Infrastructure to support day-to-day infrastructure/telecom deployments and ensure site technology integrations and standards are implemented across facilities.
Role Overview
- Contract: Engineer, IT Infrastructure I
- Location: Orlando, FL
- Work style: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, design, testing, deployment, and support of site technologies
- Assist with due diligence assessments to define technical requirements and integration points
- Configure infrastructure integration technologies (basic to moderate level)
- Partner with site infrastructure engineers and project managers to support shifting priorities
- Test and document new integration tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with telecom/PBX environments
- Experience with voice circuits
- 3+ years in a medium-to-large enterprise technical environment (network/telecom + client/server)
- Solid customer service, communication, and problem-resolution skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Structured cabling experience
- UPS experience
- Broader telecom background beyond PBX/voice circuits
