ERP Systems, Enterprise Applications, ITSM Frameworks, hands-on IT leadership
We’re looking for a hands-on IT leader to oversee enterprise applications and drive the performance, reliability, and evolution of core ERP services.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and mentor a team supporting ERP and enterprise applications
- Oversee system configurations, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing support
- Lead IT projects end-to-end (planning, execution, delivery)
- Apply ITSM best practices across Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Partner with business stakeholders to align systems with operational needs
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous service improvement
- Manage priorities, resources, and team workload to meet organizational goals
- Serve as a technical advisor, evaluating solutions based on value, cost, and risk
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and experience leading technical or application teams
- Strong background supporting ERP systems and enterprise environments
- Experience with ITSM frameworks and operational best practices
- Proven ability to manage projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
