Location:&nbsp;Albany/Hybrid&nbsp;-&nbsp;Required to be onsite 50% of the time.

Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Work as part of a team, supporting an existing application platform and contributing to efforts working on potential modernization enhancements.</li>
<li>Understand the operational and IT requirements of the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the New York State Office of Information Technology Services (ITS).</li>
<li>Assess and configure software, applications, custom solutions, and new applications using MS Dynamics.</li>
<li>Ensure the integration of new enhancements with existing systems.</li>
<li>Evaluate configuration changes through deployment and change/release management cycles.</li>
<li>Create documentation for the current system and applied patches.</li>
<li>Provide extended support for post-deployment issues; deliver ongoing maintenance services.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree&nbsp;in Technology&nbsp;/ IT / Computer Science</li>
<li>A minimum of&nbsp;6&nbsp;years of related experience.</li>
<li>An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.</li>
