We are seeking a highly meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our production processes, uphold ISO and GMP standards, and guarantee customer satisfaction through precise inspection and analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality control within manufacturing environments, with proficiency in measurement tools, technical documentation interpretation, and regulatory compliance.
We are seeking a highly meticulous and dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements through comprehensive inspection and analysis. Your expertise will support the delivery of safe, reliable, and compliant products by conducting detailed quality assessments, interpreting technical documentation, and utilizing advanced measurement tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and GMP regulations, and a proactive approach to quality management.
Visually inspect SMT and through-hole assemblies for conformance to IPC Class II & III quality standards
Process quality audits. Knowledge of IPC-610 standards (if not currently certified, will be responsible for completing training to become certified).
Knowledge of IPC-A-610
Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time
Experience/Education/Training Requirements:
Experience with auditing process activities
Soldering experience a plus
Minimum 2 years experience in electronics manufacturing environment
High School diploma or equivalent
