Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior GoLang Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GoLang, React, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), GitHub, Helm Charts, and CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitHub Actions. The role involves developing RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based solutions, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and cloud-native technologies is required. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring application performance, security, scalability, technical documentation, and successful project delivery.
Job Requirements:
· Experience in GoLang, React is a must
· Experience in Google Cloud Platform, Google Kubernetes Engine, GitHub, Helm Charts is required
· Should be able to configure ci-cd pipelines using GitHub Actions
· Experience with tools like Postman is added advantage
· Should have experience in Agile, tools like Jira, Confluence
· Lead the development and implementation of technical projects using GoLang, Websockets, and Restful APIs, windows OS and Mac OS knowledge
· Perform and oversee the design, coding, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
· Ensure that all software solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards
· Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best tools and practices.
· Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
· Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to management
Mandatory skills:
