Position: Technical Services Specialist – Level 1
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office), 1st Shift

Robert Half is seeking a Technical Services Specialist for our client in the Pewaukee area, to support customers and internal teams with product-related technical support. The role is responsible for troubleshooting product issues, assisting with installations, and providing pre- and post-sales support. This position reports to the Technical Support Supervisor and works alongside a team of technicians and support staff to ensure consistent and efficient customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical inquiries and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide installation support remotely and, occasionally, at customer locations
- Track and resolve support tickets using a customer service platform
- Issue return authorizations and coordinate product repairs
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Support production tasks such as provisioning and activating technical products
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, production, and engineering to communicate product feedback and issues
- Ensure timely communication and delivery of technical support materials
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical support and customer service
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments and technical product installation
- Proficient in basic computer applications; experience with CRMs is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
