Job Description

Title: Brand Project Manager

Location: Gurnee, IL

Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt

Compensation: $100K-$115K

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of hands-on project management experience in a product-based environment.
  • Strong track record of building productive working relationships across functions and with external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software tools – Monday.com experience is a plus.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • PMP certification preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead project kick-offs and manage status meetings, timelines, and action plans.
  • Independently drive product and regulatory projects (EPA, FDA, NPD, etc.) from idea through launch.
  • Partner with stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Operations to define and execute project plans.
  • Identify project goals, resources, schedules, and potential risks with contingency strategies.
  • Ensure timely and consistent communication of project updates, issues, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving to overcome challenges and keep initiatives on track.
  • Support cross-brand portfolio planning and coordination, prioritizing project activities in line with business goals.
  • Maintain project documentation and track contractual deliverables and commitments.
  • Contribute to the successful rollout of new products into manufacturing and the market.
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Assist with various consumer and B2B initiatives as needed in a dynamic, evolving organization.
