Snapshot / Role Overview
We're looking for a Tridium Programmer in the Inland Empire to configure, integrate, and maintain DDC controls for a service-focused building automation contractor.
Impact
- Deliver DDC solutions that extend equipment life and cut unplanned downtime.
- Build Niagara N4 graphics that give facility teams a clear picture.
- Strengthen client relationships through fast, clean issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Program and configure Niagara N4 stations: drivers, points, and control sequences.
- Develop custom graphics and dashboards for HVAC and DDC equipment.
- Integrate third-party devices over BACnet, Modbus, and related protocols.
- Commission and validate systems through functional testing.
- Diagnose and resolve controls issues on service accounts.
- Collaborate with service technicians and project coordinators.
- Maintain version control and station configuration records.
Must-Haves
- Three or more years of hands-on Niagara N4 programming and integration.
- Proven ability to build graphics, configure points, and set up drivers.
- Working knowledge of DDC, HVAC systems, and sequences of operation.
- Familiarity with BACnet and Modbus.
Nice-to-Haves
- Niagara N4 certification.
- Service-environment experience across a multi-site commercial portfolio.
