As an Operations Support Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting our field operations by delivering supplies, assisting cleaning teams, covering open shifts when needed, and helping ensure our customers continue receiving exceptional service.If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, traveling between locations, and being an important part of a successful team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesDeliver cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials to customer locationsAssist Area Managers and cleaning teams with daily operational needsProvide cleaning coverage at customer facilities when staffing support is neededTravel between commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis areaMaintain clear communication with supervisors, managers, and fellow team membersHelp maintain company quality standards and customer satisfactionSafely transport cleaning equipment and supplies between locationsComplete assigned tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detailQualificationsSuccessful candidates should possess the following qualifications:Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, customer service, or operations experience is preferred but not requiredValid driver's licenseReliable personal vehicleCurrent automobile insuranceExcellent attendance and reliabilityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently while adapting to changing prioritiesComfortable traveling throughout the Indianapolis area during the workdayAbility to lift and transport cleaning equipment and supplies as neededWhy Join Clean Team?Our Operations Support Technicians are a vital part of our success.
