Key Responsibilities

Manage projects across design, build, test, certification, and delivery phases
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and critical paths
Track performance, identify risks, and support recovery planning
Coordinate stakeholders and drive action item completion
Support technical data and reporting for interior systems and components
Analyze metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in aerospace (design, integration, or certification)
3+ years of project/program management experience
Strong scheduling, risk management, and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination
Knowledge of engineering processes, standards, and practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
