Position: Project Manager – Infrastructure Services
Location- Pontiac, MI (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)

Key Responsibilities
- Network Modernization & Migration
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise network modernization projects, including WAN connectivity upgrades, carrier circuit coordination, and network cutover strategies.
- Project Planning & Work Breakdown
- Develop and maintain detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project schedules, and resource management plans to keep initiatives on scope, schedule, and budget.
- RFP & Contract Management
- Manage RFP processes, evaluate vendor responses, and govern contract scope of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, document, and actively mitigate project risks and issues; maintain risk registers and escalate blockers to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Network Security Oversight
- Coordinate project activities related to DDoS mitigation, malware defense implementations, and enterprise authentication and access infrastructure deployments.
- KPI Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Track and report project KPIs to county IT leadership; produce status updates, presentations, and dashboards using Microsoft 365 tools, Clarity PPM, and Azure DevOps.
- Cisco Infrastructure Coordination
- Collaborate with network engineers on Cisco switching and infrastructure tasks, ensuring technical deliverables align with project milestones.
