Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.
• Manage service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, addressing functionality and user concerns.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software problems to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and user experience.
• Handle account setups, password resets, and permissions management in Active Directory.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of Windows 10 systems.
• Educate users on best practices for utilizing IT resources effectively.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.• Proficiency in Active Directory management, including account setup and permissions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and their functionality.
• Ability to manage service desk tickets and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
