Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Process Consulting, or Customer Success roles
- 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience
- Experience with Legal Operations and Contract Management processes
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Playbooks, Process Automation Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow integrations
- ServiceNow Legal & Contract Operations implementation experience preferred
