We need a hands-on Senior Odoo Developer for direct development and customer support. This is technical work with direct client interaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Develop/customize Odoo modules (Python, XML, JavaScript, QWeb)
Fix bugs and resolve technical issues
Provide real-time technical support during critical business operations
Handle urgent production issues and system outages
Conduct technical calls and explain solutions in non-technical language
Create custom reports, workflows, and data migration scripts
Perform security patches and system updates
Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years hands-on Odoo development (versions 12+)
Strong Python programming with problem-solving focus
Deep Odoo framework knowledge (models, views, controllers)
PostgreSQL queries and database troubleshooting
QWeb for UI customizations
Linux command line experience
Direct client communication and requirements gathering
Performance monitoring and proactive issue resolution
RATE: Competitive based on experience
