Project Manager - Manufacturing

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage customer projects from order entry through final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, vessel fabrication, pressure vessels, or metal fabrication and excellent customer & project coordination skills.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:\n

• Manage projects from order entry through shipment and delivery

\n

• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality & Shipping teams

\n

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

\n

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, costs, and resources

\n

• Manage change orders and customer approvals

\n

• Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, inspections & FATs

\n

• Review POs, technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements

\n

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

\n

• Support project documentation, invoicing, and closeout

✅ Key Qualifications:\n

• 3+ years of Project Management / Project Coordination experience

\n

• Manufacturing or industrial project experience

\n

• Experience with vessel fabrication / pressure vessels / metal fabrication preferred

\n

• Knowledge of ASME Code requirements for pressure vessels

\n

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

\n

• Experience with ERP systems; SYSPRO preferred

\n

• Strong customer-facing and B2B communication skills

\n

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
