SENIOR QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST

Location: Tampa, FL
\n
Pay: $32.97/hour
\n
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
\n
TempExperts is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Analyst for an established organization in the Tampa, FL area.
\n
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience in asset management, property operations, budgeting, facilities, real estate, or housing who enjoys using data to improve property performance and operational results.
\n
What You’ll Be Doing:
\n
• Compile, analyze, and report portfolio performance information for internal and external stakeholders
\n
• Perform quality control of work orders and monitor completion, performance, and resolution
\n
• Coordinate between Assisted Housing, Facilities Maintenance, and Property Management teams to help achieve successful housing inspections
\n
• Conduct housing and grounds inspections and monitor property conditions
\n
• Provide administrative and operational support to Asset Managers and the Asset Management Department
\n
• Review property needs, maintenance expenses, budgets, and financial performance
\n
• Review monthly operating statements and expense allocations for accuracy
\n
• Assist with strategies to reduce rent delinquency and maximize property revenue
\n
• Develop and monitor property marketing plans
\n
• Coordinate reasonable accommodation requests and household reassignment needs
\n
• Monitor preventive maintenance and overall property service levels
\n
What We’re Looking For:
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a closely related field
\n
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in budgeting, purchasing, facility management, real estate, property operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
\n
• Strong Excel skills are required
\n
• Yardi experience is highly preferred
\n
• Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and reporting skills
\n
• Ability to review budgets, expenses, property performance, and operational data
\n
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and ability to meet agency insurance requirements
\n
• Certified Housing Manager designation or ability to obtain within one year is preferred
\n
• Housing Credit Certified Professional and/or Low-Income Housing Tax Credit experience or certification is a plus
\n
